did you ever wonder where those thoughts of those great powers before Voldemort came along went too? surely their thoughts didn't just die with the people that held them. Voldemort was defeated and his legacy still remains at large in the pure blood families. the legend of the Deathly Hallows; with three objects so strong that one person who possessed them would be the Master of death and those thoughts of Gellert Grindelwald; to fight for the greater good. his thoughts weren't only held by him or the tale told only to a few, so why does it seem that thoughts just disappeared? the children of the new era and the eras before them have been taught of things much greater then the Unforgivable curses. discovered magic much darker then the power of Voldemort, yet nothing has arised... until now. it was told that the Resurrection Stone was dropped into the Forbidden Forest long ago, never to be heard from again. they thought the world was safe because the stone would never find its way into the wrong hands or any hands for that matter, but they were very wrong.the night had finally fallen and the morning sun had started to rise into the sky. the curse was broken and a bare body laid within the depths of the forest. barely moving almost looking as though the person was dead but that was not the case. long dark brown hair was meshed with crushed leaves, cuts and dirt adorned the small bare body that withered beneath the cool morning breeze. weak from the transformation the full moon brought upon her body, just barely managing to curl into a ball the young girl groaned. the night had passen by in a blurr like most nights of that a full moon had crested the sky did. her fingers traced over a very distinctive burn upon her hand wincing at the pain that went through her body. a burn like this, the girl was aware, could only be done by one thing. silver. her amber speckled eyes stared half lidded down at her hand taking in the circle like burn that looked as though it had come from a ring of sorts. well transforming last night she had remembered the burning pain that had passed through her when she had fallen onto the ground. it had hit her surprisingly and she had whimpered away before taking off deeper into the forest. now she was left with discovering just what had burned her.
it felt as though hours had passed before she had finally been able to move, gathering just enough energy to go gather her clothes and possibly make it back to her dorm. her clothes would be in shreds but once she got her wand she could summon herself some new ones. where her clothes laid would be where she would find the source to what had burned her and that was where she had headed. unsure of how deep into the Forbidden Forest she had gone, or what time of day it was, the trek through the Forest was endless and eerie quiet. stumbling upon a shred of an article of clothing this started the path which led her to the return of her destroyed clothes and wand. with the wand back in her grasp she studied the wood that had once be thrusted into her hand in what she had later learned was Knockturn Alley by some masked man. the wand was fifteen inches long, made from the twig of and Elder Tree with a Thestral hair core. summoning herself some clothes her brown eyes scanned over the leaves and moss of the forest floor. moving down onto her knees she brushed aside the leaves, unsure if the silver would burn her again if she came to find it. brushing aside leaves and moss her hands only collecting more dirt until her hand brushed against something hard. the reddish glass and silver ring glimmered up at her as she reached out for it with a shaky hand. touching it first with one finger and once it hadn't burned her she picked it up. not knowing what she had discovered, thinking it was simply a piece of vintage jewelry she slid it onto her finger. she figured someone had lost it ages ago and considered herself lucky to come in possession of such a beautiful ring.
the legend of the deathly hallows is living out its destiny once more. with a single clueless girl in possession of two and the third locked away in the safety of Harry Potter's family home. will they all fall into the wrong hands? Madison Bagshot may be naive about what they are but the world around her is a cruel place with only a few willing to do right by everyone.
